A year ago today I published a box set of three of my favorite mountain man romances: Sugar Mountain, Books 1-3 of The Mountain Men of Linesworth.

I always thought having a bakery or a candy shop would be so fun. And it must run in my blood.

My mom has a food truck and she makes all sorts of yummy goodies. She shared with me her peanut-butter cookie recipe.

Try it out! It’s crazy simple!

🍪My Mom’s Peanut-Butter Cookies!🍪

1 cup PB

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. baking soda

Mix and scoop. Bake at 350. Time depends on size. 8-12 minutes.
